The total area is 28.726 sq.m., bordered on the east by Valone Vivo, on the north by Benny Citala Angelo, on the east by Benny Tereni Carbone, on the south by Beni Chiola Donnino.
The site is located in close proximity to the A2 motorway (=3.5 km); in July 2024, the new Costa d'Amalfi Airport will open (=40 km from the site).
There are 4 buildings on the territory:
1. A two-storey building with an area of 540 square meters, was built in 2010 and is intended for agrotourism.
The ground floor of the building is designed for: kitchen, utility room, dining room, toilet and bedroom with separate access for the disabled.
On the second floor there are 8 bedrooms with separate bathrooms equipped with all technological systems, including air conditioners.
2. A stable with an area of 168 sq.m.
3. Hayloft, 222 sq.m.
4. Storage room, 192 sq.m.
There are 1200 olive trees on the territory.
